Survey invitations are sent based on your lifestyle and interests, so we cannot guarantee how often you will receive them. However, you can increase your chances by:
- Completing the “Match me to surveys” section (found under the Surveys or Profile page, if not already done during sign‑up).
- Ensuring your Profile page is 100% complete.
- Keeping your information up to date so we can match you to the most relevant surveys.
Important:
If you have not received surveys for several weeks, your account may have been suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions. Accounts flagged by our security processes will no longer receive survey invitations, and any unused accumulated USD will be forfeited.
