If you would like to access the personal data we hold about you, please Submit a request in the Help Centre and complete the form as follows:

  Request for Personal Data
• Description:
  I am requesting the personal data/information you hold about me. Please provide details in line with applicable privacy laws.
• Type:
  Select Other from the dropdown menu.

Once you click Submit, our customer support team will review your request and respond promptly. Please allow up to 30 days for your request to be fulfilled. If your request is complex, we will notify you if additional time is needed.
