After you withdraw your e‑gift card order, we will send you an email from no‑reply@mobiworkx.com within 5 days. Click on “Get your e‑gift card” in the email to access your reward.
If you have not received your order within this timeframe:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- If you use Gmail, also check your “Promotions” tab
To ensure delivery, please add us to your contact list and mark us as a safe sender. Once you’ve done this, please Contact Support so we can resend your reward.
If you do not have an email address registered to your account, your e‑gift card redemption link will be sent via SMS to the mobile number associated with your account.
